2010 Draft (QBs) Colt McCoy Tim Tebow, Dan LeFevour, Zac Robinson, Juice Williams, Daryll Clark, Tim Hiller, Matt Grothe, and Todd Reesing. Underclassmen: Sam Bradford, Jevan Sneed, and Jimmy Clausen. Somewhere in there is our future franchise QB??

The ONLY way that duck wouldn't get intercepted is if Hawkins had tackled the defender before the ball got there. "Bad route" I know that's what Fisher's saying on media control, but isn't this excuse tired yet? Chances are that if Mawae were in the huddle, he would have corrected Vince on the play... again.

He should dominate a second string defense. If he doesn't look good against a second string defense no matter who his supporting cast is, he has no business even thinking about starting against a real defense, and it has nothing to do with the stat line, though the stat line accurately portrays his dismal performance. You would rather criticize Williams and Davis for their failed attempts at making circus catches out of Vince's horrible passes. Would Vince somehow become Superman with Schobel in his face?

Ahh hell, did you expect 6 carries and 600 yards and 6 td's? Were just pointing out factors, it's not like he threw an interception:grrhee:

There are quite a few 'hell no!'s in that group. Juice, Clausen, Tebow, etc. But Bradford, Mccoy... if only we drafted high enough. Which I hope we don't.

Not familiar enough with some of those to say yes or no.

I thought the entire offense responded quite well to it with the completed passes. Chris had a couple decent runs before he came out. As long as we force teams to take more out of the box, I believe chris will have a great season. This season, we'll have a better answer when teams want to load the box.

Haha. Right on the money to the DB who never even vacated the deep 3rd. Part of the QBs job is to read the defense. If Hawkins runs the wrong route, in which he actually ran the correct crossing pattern, and breaks toward the corner or stays vertical up the field, Vince Young still throws the ball directly to the DEFENSIVE BACK!

In case you weren't watching. Lavelle Hawkins was in there with Vince, as was Chris Davis and Paul Williams and Cook. Ringer played the 3 of the final 4 series of the game. Ramsey had Chris Henry the majority of his time, along with the same WRs. And that sad excuse for a screen pass, in which Vince threw the ball over Chris Henry's head is a perfect example of him not even being able to make the simplest of throws. Don't blame that on Henry. The screen pass is the easiest to complete to a guy 5 yards away.

I was. He totally owned their starting left guard. He tossed him around like a rag doll on several plays including into the QB leading to Griff's INT.

He also seemed much quicker than I remember. I guess the 30lbs he lost really helped.
