    im not going to get into all that...but i will say this. its true that at times looking at c.j. running from the backfield; he looked more like a WR than a RB.

    im just worried that he will not be able to stay healthy unless he does bulk up a bit (and if so ill leave that decision to good 'ol steve.)

    Being bigger doesn't mean you won't get injured. Ask Brandon Jacobs.

    This thread actually went downhill, which is incredible considering how crappy it was from post #1.

    i didnt say wont....but c'mon he is quite undersized for a running back. once again, if he can prove to stay healthy than i wouldn't change a thing;

    i think he could gain 10 or something and not lose a step easy..maybe even 15....

    5-11 210/215lb sounds better than 200.

    with his speed and some more bulk, he will be able to bounce of tacklers more ....and combine that with his evasive skills and he could be our complete package our RB.

    I think he adaquately proved his durability last year.

    It doesn't matter how big you are when you are being broken in half 3 seconds after forward progress is stopped.

    I am surprised he only had a severely sprained ankle considering...

    It wasn't that play that injured him though.

    im not talking about specific play. i mean in general some bulk would definitely help his chances against insjury (as long as it doesn't adversetly effect his speed)

    and we were all debating earlier about his RELATIVE inability to break tackles.... some bulk coupled with that speed would literally help him 'bounce' off defenders.

    You don't need to break tackles when they can't catch you.:))

    But they caught him from behind quite often last year. More than you'd expect them to at least.

    What? That was exactly the play that jacked his ankle up.

    He tried to come back in for like one more play before shutting it down.
