2010 Draft Potentially Stacked

Jhavid Best, from Cal is the real deal (and I hate that team). He could put up a monster season and give the Big 12/SEC QB's a run for the Heisman. I think he'll be a top 5 pick if he comes out.

 

Anticipating a 5-11 season are you?

My not so bold prediction is that berry will be drafted by the lions in 2010.

 

Guys the reality is, if you want to face it or not, we have to take a top QB. The Titans just can't sit back and hope VY is going to figure it one day. We have to be proactive and draft an accurate QB who can read a defense and make good decisions. Once we have that in place there is nothing standing in our way, we will be dominant again.

 

We'll know a lot more about our QB situation AFTER this season.

I don't agree with that. We have great depth with ford, hayes and maybe ball if he is resigned. Depending on the DT situation we may end up moving jones outside. Certainly he can play outside and marks can go out there on run downs.

 

I'd really like to see Eric Berry as a Titan. But I don't think we'll be drafting early enough to get him, plus safety isn't likely to be our biggest need.

Next year does look to be an amazing draft class.

 

Yeah but you are assuming we don't sign KVB. I think we will. Maybe KVB and ball both.

Still you draft these guys to develop into starting caliber players. I would hope that hayes is ready to start in 2010.

I don't think kearse is such a stud that one of those guys can't replace him. He has had exactly 3.5 sacks in each of the last 3 seasons so how hard is that to replace?
