Remember, this is the lounge... not everything is sports-related.

There's only three things in Jeano's mind: Titans, Gibsons and TERROR!!!!:grrr:

There is no maze because the original movie version of The Shining was filmed at the Timberline Hotel in Oregon. The Stanley in Estes Park is the hotel that inspired Stephen King to write the book - and subsequently the TV remake was filmed there...

    Good work AVVIE!

Clearly a monument of some sort. But not a big one. The parking lot is too small. The road is specifically built for it though. The parking is limited, but bus parking is available for groups. I would say it is an old monument because the road wraps around it. It doesn't look planned to me. Clearly garden walking is encouraged.

Based on the open field in front. It looks like speeches have been given there. Perhaps readings.

I cannot think of a horror film that would have a monment erected to it other than dracula or frankenstein. So it must be the sight of mass death. Or of a famous authors grave.

I am temped to say that it is the grave of Edgar Allen Poe.

Yeah. I am pretty sure this is a grave. It makes sense. There is a monument in the circle and a larger open monument in the part. It has to be. So who died there is my question now.

Is it fair to win twice? ;)

Actually, I didn't get this one... but Traci did. Nice Clue, BTW...

Coit Tower, Telegraph Hill, SF, CA

This is a cool game... even if I wasn't winning.

Avvie (and friends) knows his topography!

I thought the Stanley would be next to impossible to guess. I'll get something a bit harder than Coit for the next one..
