Deuce Wayne you just love Memphis don't you. If Memphis somehow gets by Missouri and most likely uconn...IF....then they would get rocked in the Final Four by Louisville. Louisville is not a generic Memphis, Louisville is the best freaking team in the country.

lol...great teams don't lose to average teams. Especially 3 times in one season. Keep doubting Memphis. Everyone did it last year too, and they had that one won.

Well two of those were tournament teams, so I dont think they are "average". How many tournament teams did Memphis beat this year?? Louisville beat quite a few; West Virginia(twice), 13. Nova(twice), 1. Pitt, 10. Marquette, 8. Syracuse, and they also beat notable Notre Dame, and Georgetown.

You know 2 of the 3 teams that Memphis lost to Louisville handled.

    sleeper is Duke

They've looked really good since the new lineup and with Nolan Smith back they have a true PG again.

They beat Syracuse and Gonzaga twice. They didn't lose to anyone near as bad as Minnesota, UNLV, or Western Kentucky.
They're also ranked higher in RPI.
Regardless. Louisville is still last year's Memphis. Undisciplined talent that'll shoot themselves in the foot.

And saying 'notable ND' is like me saying 'notable Tennessee'.

I agree with you that Lou is last years Memphis. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how it all ends.

Memphis vs Louisville would be a great game. A matchup between two former Metro Conference rivials.

2W, what do you mean by UL being undisiplined? Like I said, I've only seen them play this March, and I don't see them doing anything anymore undisiplined that other teams. Pitino was always known for disiplined teams, and great defenses...
They probably have the most tattoo's, so maybe it's just a image problem?...

I mean their undisciplined, because there will be times where they can just play smart and win but they end up getting themselves in trouble by stooping to the other team's style of play. Or they tend to start trying to isolate. One by one rather than looking for the open man.
That's what Memphis did last year and it almost ended them quite a few times, but they lucked out and kept going. Extremely frustrating to watch though.
This year, Memphis is less talented but they play much more smart. Much more like a team- and I believe Tyreke Evans is actually an upgrade over Rose.

MKilla- You're right. All we can do is watch and see.

UNC, Louisville, Memphis, and Villanova are my Final 4 picks.

With my Tar Heels winning it all.

I wouldn't be so upset if Memphis didn't win it all, just as long as UNC loses. :)
