The whole Dog fighting thing is pointless to fuss over, everyone has their own opinions.

It doesnt matter if it was wrong or not, Vick is almost done with his time, the next focus wont be about Dogs but about him landing a team, which he will imo.

I have to agree with Cruds on the sponsors angle. I believe Vick will have a hard time finding a team whose sponsors will be ok with Vick. I don't think there is a team that is going to risk their public image taking Vick on.

Gloat, you're clueless by the way. Dog fighting in and of it's self is pretty bad but torturing the animals for amusement and killing off the injured losers of the matches can't be ignored. It is what it is. It's sick. It's wrong. It's not sport.

Don't try to legitimize killing dogs with blunt force trauma by comparing it to hunting deer with a rifle. It's not the same. Besides, we need people to hunt deer else their populations would explode to the point where they would endanger humans more frequently than they already do.

Do you have any idea how many fatal traffic accidents have happened from deer wandering onto highways? Hunters are doing us a service practicing their sport. Dog fighters are just gambling over an illegal and inhumane activity.

You are ****in smoking crack buddy.

Are you serious? You have been hitting the crack pipe, haven't you?
You need to be pimpslapped for even making the comparison of hunting a deer (in which the deer is eaten, i.e. made use of) and watching two dogs that you've starved and pissed off, kill each other. :irked:
And in case you've been living under a rock for the past 100 years, you should also know that people LOVE their dogs. I love mine, and would happily end the life of anyone who messed with or hurt them.

Maybe in some jack off league in some other country, but not the NFL. I will not lose a wink of sleep (and might even sleep better) if Vick never plays another down in the NFL.

Yeah, the KKK has their own opinions too. Doesn't mean that everyone else that IS in their right mind has to accept their opinion as anything that even remotely resembles a valid thought out mentality, though.

If you honestly think that the subject of dogs and dog fighting won't come up when it comes time for him to land a team, you are an imbecile.
Are you still in jr. high?

The Training of the dog is brutal too. Dogs just don't fight. That is myth. They are trained to fight, and dogs are used as bait to make it happen and they die or get brutally beaten too. The whole thing is wrong from beginning to end. Nothing about this is natural. We've come a long way since the colonial days when dog fighting was ok. It is banned activity in all states because it should be.

I'd also like to say that just because 50% of the people in life think something is ok, doesn't make it ok. Every issue starts out at 50%, but our leaders are asked to lead, and most of these 50% issues are dealt with correctly by our leaders. The majority of the time the people catch up to the idea of doing the decent thing. And that is what lawmakers do. The law is there to make living decent.

He never cried about all of it because he knew he was so screwed with all the evidence they had against him. He had no other choice but to just take what they gave him. He didn't even own up to all of it at first, he lied to everyone including his coach, owner and his teammates. IMO the guy doesn't deserve to play in the NFL.

It doesn't matter if someone doesn't get the dogfighting thing. It's illegal. Period. Vick's not coming here, and though it makes for intriguing possibilities, we wouldn't bring him in, and we shouldn't, either. Having said that, you could bet with all the other attention we're sure to get considering we got a ton anyway last season, the media would never leave. It would be "Hard Knocks" and crap like Dallas last year.

Not that I care, and it is hard not to with Vick, but this has turned to more political discusion than wildcat discussion, methinks.

I specifically remember the #1 commercial during NFL games from mid-November to Christmas day; the movie premier for "Marley and Me"!! I do not believe that would've sat well with ANYONE watching a game, not to mention the amount of money the League would've lost just for that trailer.

Vick is a POS, and would be better off wearing lipstick and a mophead for the rest of his life in jail. If you really think the NFL wants a Vick-comeback story, you really think they want a Pacman comeback story too:(
