if we keep stomping towels, and crying about stuff it wont be long before we are the bad boys of the NFL. If we keep winning im sure our players will do something or say something else. only a matter of time.

nothing wrong with having a bad boy image, it's just a game.

There's plenty wrong with the "bad boy" image. I just don't have the time or energy to get into that mess right now. Anyone want to take up the position for me?

i'll just say that Fisher has tried to avoid the bad boy image since he got the job
    see: PacMan
i'm not for becoming a classless organization like the Cowboys or Raiders

I love the saying "act like you've been in the endzone before" in relation to celebrations. Barry Sanders is my favorite player of all time- but honestly sometimes I wish he would have shown a bit of excitement when scoring a TD. That and his early retirement still makes me wonder if he ever truly had fun playing, or if it was just a job for him.

CJ seems to be enjoying himself. And entertainers will entertain. I love it. Make your opponent feel helpless. Make them drop their hands and feel embarrassed as you casually stroll in to the endzone.
How can you not enjoy that?

Deion was the best. Holding the ball in the air to let the offense know he took it from them on an interception as to say "come get it back". NFL needs more entertainers- especially since the commish is trying his hardest to eliminate any fun aspect of the game.

Entertainment is one thing, bad additude is another. I don't really have a major problem with anything CJ has done so far, except maybe his criticism of not getting rookie of the year.

Stomping the Towel was Sports Entertainment.

The NFL needs drama, you take it away and the ratings will drop.

I like to see players play hard on the field, and once they get the job done i like to see some Entertainment. nothing wrong with a little smack talk and drama.

The WWF is sports entertainment. You are degrading the NFL by calling it that.

No, they won't. The ratings are high because people love the drama of a big game and big plays on the field. People don't tune in because they are a fan of celebrations. They tune in because they are a fan of football.

Interesting that you say this. "Once they get the job done." I am also cool with CJ celebrating, but he needs to actually cross the goal line before he starts holding the ball out. In other words, he needs to get the job done.

Some of you are equating swagger with being a selfish showboat who risks hurting his team. They are two entirely difference things. I want my team to have swagger. I don't want them to do anything stupid just so they can taunt an opponent. CJ is coming close to crossing the line into stupidity. I really hope he doesn't cross it in the playoffs and cost us a game.
