Was the lid closed when he made that "history" kick before?

What do you want? Him to say 'Oh if I had it again, I'd kick it'.

Even if he says that? What changes? Nothing. We are still 12 - 2 and we still lose 13 - 12.

    Get over it.

the call to go for it didn't bother me a whole lot, i would have kicked it, but i understand the reasoning. we would have been up two and kris brown has a history of making clutch kicks, couple that with us not being able to stop andre johnson all game, i didn't mind going for it.

however, the play that was called was terrible. i don't see why you throw deep to our worst WR on third and 3. it was man-to-man coverage with demeco ryans covering chris johnson one-on-one, chris johnson wins that battle. whether he catches the ball or not who knows, but i like the odds of that pass over a prayer to mccariens.

If he says Rob had trouble from hitting from that range because of the wind, I believe him. So going for it isn't horrible, but I think the call is. For what seems like the millionth time this year, we see Collins overthrow McCariens

Maybe just a simple "Maybe there was a better call that I could have made- but hindsight is 20/20."
Not. "Hur hur. I'm right! That play should have worked! Since when does Justin McCareins NOT catch a football we throw to him?! It'll work next time!"

Focus on the facts at hand.

You don't get a second chance. Nothing changes if he says he is going to kick it again.

And if he does say he will kick it again, it is as sure as the sun rises, you'd be here leading the pack on something negative in that case.

Either way you would complain and ***** and claim you know more.

It is not homerism, it is moving on.

You can dwell on stupid calls. You can dwell on what would happen if he had another chance. Nothing changes.

But hey, if it makes you feel better, go sit at Reliant Stadium and wait for the 4th and 3 to be replayed again.

I bet you've never made an apology before, have you Gunny? I bet- whenever you touched a hot object and it burned you- you just touched it again. Over and over. I mean- accepting that you made a mistake does nothing anyway, so what you originally did was ok and can be repeated. Damage done! Nothing changes!

Right? You have a hard time comprehending simple logic. If someone does something stupid- you want to see a sign that they LEARNED from doing something stupid. Not "oh well. It's done. Who cares."
If that's the type of guy you are, I wouldn't be surprised, but I expect more from someone that went to college and has a job that has a lot to do with psychology.
