Is there a WR better than Crabtree? no

Our biggest weakness is WR. It would only make sense to take a WR in the 1st. Which would be Crabtree.

I think Maclin and Heyward-Bey are just as good, if not better, prospects than Crabtree.

My choice for the Titans today would be Alphonso Smith (CB from Wake Forest).

we won't ever go WR in the first again. It just won't happen.

I'm not talking about his stats. I'm talking about how much talent he has. I've watched a few TT games this year and he's looked great. He runs good routes, fast, quick, catches well, knowledge of the game, great ability, strong etc. He has just about all of it. I've also seen video on him from high school. He's good, it's not just the system.

I like Crabtree, but I don't think he's the uber-prospect that everyone says he is.

He doesn't look all that big...closer to 6'1 than his listed 6'3. He also doesn't look all that quick. Low 4.5's in the 40 if I had to guess.

He has the production to be a top 5 pick, but something tells me he has a less-than impressive combine that will hurt his stock. Either way, I say he ends up as a Raider. Al Davis is probably already licking his chops.

I still think Kenny Britt is the best WR prospect in the country....

He's not fast-fast but tough time especially on those screen passes to break one. I like how he can catch the ball. Wish we had a WR that could do that.

Dinger would have to work overtime with him if we took him. He runs maybe 3 routes at Tech.

Crabtree wont be around when we pick anyway so it's a moot point.
