    Wow.

Glad we are done having to care about his saga.

btw- I've heard his has officially requested he no longer be called Pacman but rather by his God given name "Adam Jones".

I heard that, too -- the first time out of the mouth of Deion Sanders on TV a week or two ago.

This is really scary. I've never been more glad that we don't have any connection to him any more.

Why do you guys automatically connect the guy? Luckily for him, he's out of this place. He could save a 200 kids from a burning building and people would accuse him of starting the fire.

Believe me i liked Pacman, but he turned his back on us maybe it was his way of trying to turn over a new leaf. He dogged us and im sure him and all his top flight teammates are laughing it up gloat. I'm just saying i don't see how anyone can defend the guy. Maybe he was never connected in any of the accusations, my problem with him is i feel he put a knife in our back the one team that probably would have drafted him in the top 10.:sad2:

That's fair. But understand typical tennesseans labeled this guy a "thug" the moment they saw him with dreads and a t-shirt on draft day. I remember the threads ON draft day about it. He was never going to get the benefit of the doubt here, whether he deserved it or not.
Threads like this prove that much. Some girl that hung out with him ended up getting killed, and just because she hung out with him, people connect Pacman to the drama, as if he's being charged for something he probably had nothing to do with.

The guy is no saint by any means. But people here will be bitter til he retires just because our team made a dumb move (one way or another).

I couldn't agree more southern ppl are about the most judgemental. I was born and raised here, i'm not biased by any means. People should be given the chance to prove themselves before being thrown to the curb. No matter where you are though the world is never fairand there will always be victims of circumstance. All you can do is prove them wrong and thats where he failed.

Pac never "turned his back" on the Titans or said anything negative about the organization to the press. He was/is a top 10 draft day talent. He did every stupid thing a person could do in front of an angry mob. Unfortunately, his inability to avoid situations that fuel the press provoked an intolerant Tennessee market to an angry mob.

It just didn't work out with us. He will do well in Dallas- I have absolutely NO doubt. Pro-bowler for sure, and probably a Super Bowl ring. I'm pissed he is gone and even more pissed that we gave him away for a 4th round pick.
