I wouldn't want this, he took less money to go to dallas, he obviously wanted to be a cowboy more then a Titan, so let him retire as a cowgirl.

    What?
Eddie is a Titan no matter what he did in that last year or who he played his final down with..
Best RB in Titans history - let the man come home.

I'd like to see him retire a Titan. In this day and age of football, lots of guys go elsewhere yet retire for the team they stayed the longest with.

The Dallas thing certainly isn't enough to make me forget what he was to this team.

I want him to retire as a Titan & have us make big deal out of it.

He was more important to the team than even McNair IMO. The Titans don't show enough respect to former players.

I believe that is the reason he went to the Cowboys for less money. He always gave everything he had while a member and leader of the team. I hope he gets to retire a Titan.

In fairness, Eddie has been the only Titan runningback to play a "career" with Tennessee.

I loved Eddie when he was here, but it felt as though he hit me in the gut when he left Tennessee, I guess I'm still bitter about that :hmm:

You can't really name him the Best Titan RB as of now, lets get some field of competition and then we can throw that title around.

hmm... 13-3, AFC North Title and a one and done?:ravens:
or all that he did here?:logo:

McNair will have his number retired in Tennessee.

McNair's final years remind me of Joe Montana. The 1993 Chiefs won 13 games. Joe Montana just did what Steve McNair wouldn't do and by that I mean staying in S.F. as long as he did. McNair would have started here. He would have been injured. Young (history repeats itself) becomes the starter. That actually happened to Montana. Then again Steve Young wasn't drafted 3rd overall. :ha:

    Eddie?

He retired after the 2004 season. It's 2008!

    WTF?
