Overthecap.com doesn't project Titans to receive any compensatory picks in 2016

    Clicking thru overthecap.com I cam across this little nugget of information and hadn't seen it posted anywhere else yet.. Draft - Over the Cap

    The reason the Titans dont qualify for additional draft picks in 2016 is because we offset the lose of our only unrestricted free agent Nate Washington when we signed Brian Orakpo, Da'Norris Searcy, and Perrish Cox.

    The Titans don't have decent players. Therefore there are no decent players leaving to give us comp picks.

    yea but every year around this time people start saying silly stuff like "well if we have extra picks".. So this puts that to bed before it ever gets going....

    Orakpo alone was a bigger get than anything the Titans have lost in a long time.

    Problem is we dont get picks based on guys that usually end up sucking. Lol

    I know and it sounds like you know how comp picks work, but just the other day I think it was 520 talking about drafting a guy who doesnt play football if we had "extra picks"..

    Holy cow I did not realize Jeremy Parnell was an NFL player until I saw his name on the list on this thread. I remember him playing HS basketball in my area of Northeast Arkansas, then he went to Ole Miss and played basketball. He never even played football in HS or college that I know of...that's crazy.
