My thoughts on ROY

Candidates:
Sankey, Bridgewater, and West, possibly Hyde

 

Yeah, West has a shot. Ben Tate is already crying like the little b*tch he is in Cleveland about West getting love so that must mean he's doing well enough to be a threat.

 

Mike Evans doesn't have a chance IMO. People will soon realize that McCown was just a Trestman product... as I said all last season.

And that was the exact reason why I said the Bears should've kept McCown and let Cutler go. Had they done that they would've had way more cap space and could've improved other positions. Also, the Marshall/Jeffery duo would've been more effective. With Cutler, Jeffery was nearly invisible due to Jay's boner for Marshall.

 

Uhhh... Brandon Cooks, dude.

Otherwise, I'd agree. Don't see Hyde getting it though. At best he'll split carries with Gore... not gonna get ROTY that way.

Sankey has a shot because Greene doesn't seem durable... and Sankey will likely overtake him by midseason anyways.

West has a shot for the same reasons as Sankey.

I'd say my top 2 candidates would be Cooks and Bridgewater.

 

Kelvin Benjamin has a chance.. rookie WR rarely win, but Carolina got nothing else at WR man lol.. Him and Cam gonna ball out

 

Yea. Completely forgot about him for a minute. He's gonna be really good.

 

I forgot about him too. He has a better shot than Evans even though I think Evans is a little better.

 

I'd put my money on either Bridgewater or Cooks to win OROY. Sankey has a chance but I question whether he's going to get enough carries/opportunities to really be in the running. Pretty crowded backfield.
