    It's all relative... by itself, it's not bad. But that's pretty much it in West Tennessee.

    Memphis has some cultural stuff and some good food here and there but beyond that you might as well be in "Anywhere, AR MS MO etc."
    Well flat and boring compared to Nashville and surrounding counties.
    That said, I know people who live OK on the rent you are looking to pay.
