I am more concerned about who is behind our Oline rather than our Oline it's self

Why don't we play 7 at the line?

Roos, Lewan, Levitre, Schwenke, Warmack, Oher, and Stephens?

    Eh eh?:headbang:

Then we could play Walker at tight end, Mooney at fullback, Locker at QB and rotate the running backs.

I'd make an amazing Fisher croney.

you would but you might also be rotating qb's at this rate with our roster and health at the position too lol. How many different combinations of qb and rb do we have here? lol just a thought! Rotating RB and QB by committee I say

No way Warmack, oher, roos, levitre or lewan ride the pine. to much invested in these guys, so theres your starting five. only way it would make since for one these guys not to start would be a trade.

We shouldn't bench Schwenke now. It is his second year in the league and he is most likely our future for Center. It is a tackle battle between 3 guys and should stay that way

You might be on to something, Lewan ran a 4.87, put him at TE. That's likely faster than Stevens' slow ass. Lewan fills two holes at once :troll: .

Guys we are overlooking the obvious solution. One of the 3 tackles will get injured before or during the season (knock on wood) and the situation will be solved on its own.

Basically the future of the Titans OL is:

    Lewan - Levitre - Schwenke - Warmack - Oher

The question is though, how far into the future do we see this line up?

The Lewan signing was obviously to help prepare for the future, and now I think we also have to look at the Oher signing as a 'future' signing as well.

The best thing for the future is to let your 1st rd pick (and future LT) go ahead and get exp. playing in the NFL. I don't think he beats out Roos in camp, so he will start at RT. Roos will remain at LT until either (a) his play declines or (b) next year. At that point you make the switch to put Lewan at LT and Oher at RT.

Whenever we do make the switch though, we will have an expierenced LT and RT.

So I think the day 1 starting lineup will be:

    Roos - Levitre - Schwenke - Warmack - Lewan

Now I know a lot of people think that we are paying Oher too much to be a back up, but he really isn't a backup. He will be the future RT for this team, so paying him now is just assuring our future. (same can be said for the Lewan pick)

Either way, we should have plenty of depth at the T position now, which is something that has bit us in the past.
