By teams that already had a good starting QB on the roster. That is the difference.

If it was the same personal running the organization, I would be more worried. The new regime has little to go by thus far.

The Falcons starting Quarterbacks in 1991 and 1992 were Chris Miller and Billy Tolliver
Farve was traded in 1992. Not exactly stud QBs if you ask me.

No, but Miller was a strong starter. All the Bucs have outside of Glennon is a career third stringer. They badly need a QB. He was a third round pick in a draft that was terrible for QBs. This guy is a career backup at best.

Witnessed one of the worst defenses in UT history make him look like a fool.

Would not trade for him if they were asking for anything but a 7th. Maybe.

Mike Glennon might be worth a 5th or 6th rounder, I wouldn't do it though.

Heck, his stats are pretty similar to Tim Tebow in terms of yards TD's and INT's, but you don't see any team going after him. I get that Glennon had a good year, but there's a reason Tampa Bay wants to get rid of him, and that too before they know if the top QB's will be on the board when they pick....

    I'd give them a 7th.

He also had a better completion percentage, touchdowns, and less interceptions then the QB drafted ahead of him. He did this with a shaky o-line and without Doug Martin.

He's not getting a second. No one in the NFL believes he's getting a second. Not even sure where you pulled this info from. In the 5th round - and you missed on all your potential early round qbs, you then trade MAXIMUM a 5th for him.

    Second round??? LOL
