I could not fault the Titans for drafting a WR at 11... or dlineman/linebacker.

We don't even have a QB so why get a WR?

Even though I would love to have Evans or Watkins and have the best young trio of WRs in the NFL I would much rather address QB, LT, LB, or CB in the 1st round (in no particular order). It's not wise to take another WR early when we still have plenty of questions and concerns at the QB position. Rather take a guy that we can stick at LT for the next 12 years, a LB that's a 3-4 guy instead of having another 4-3 guy switching positions, or a CB so we can have very good core group of guys in the now pass happy NFL.

WR is still going to be a need though, who do we currently have? Wright, Washington, Hunter, and??? McCluster will get some time but I think that's about it. I would really like to see us go Kevin Norwood in the 4th/5th round.

Mariani, Preston, and any one of the 20+ WR's this draft offers.

I really like Evans and Watkins and the idea of drafting either one of them is exciting, but it would be a really bad move by the front office. We don't need to be the next Detroit.

At #11 we need to get a QB, OT, pass rusher, or CB...those are the most important positions in the game and we have needs at all 4 of them.

We filled some of those needs in free agency. Signed Oher to a long term deal and resigned Wimbley and signed Shaun Phillips for the outside pass rush and we still have Morgan and Ayers.

I don't see us taking an edge rusher or OT at all and they said they will not draft a CB first. QB, yeah if the right guy is there. I think they take Carr is he there at 11.

We brought in Carr for a private workout first. Numbers suggest that the guy you bring in first, you draft.

I should have said LT not OT. Oher is fine at RT, but you don't want him on the blindside. Roos is on the last yr of his deal and is on the down side of his career. If a LT is BPA then you grab him.

You can never have too many pass rushers and Wimbley and Phillips are certainly short term fixes.

If they love a QB and he is their then grab him.

I know they said no CB in the first. I really don't understand that statement because arguably it is our weakest position. I would have a hard time passing on Gilbert. I really like him. He attacks the ball in the air like a WR and when he has the ball in his hands he knows what to do with it. He is an electrifying player.

For future success QB, LT, pass rusher, or CB should be the pick. You build your team around those positions. We are in team building mode with a new coach. get the building blocks in place and then fill in the parts.

I don't know who Armano is, but it's too close to Amano for comfort, so I say no.

Jace Amaro is a decent TE prospect from Texas Tech. He's a much more willing blocker than Ebron but that's it. He has no where near the spectacular catch or play-making ability that Ebron does.
