You have to admit. It is impressive Jake Locker has played as well as he has (When healthy) with such a piss poor run game behind him.

you know whats really funny, is I can really believe that.

I read that in an article and thought, when the D stacked the box against him, all he had to do was break through the first line (or rather slip through) and it was a foot race he always won....

for example remember that Jets game a while back when we were on the 10 yard line, they stacked the box with a 'flat' look, and he literally slipped through and booked it 90 yards to pay dirt.

Its when teams stayed in their gaps and didn't over pursue that he started sucking.

They all do that now. Which is the main reason CJ will never be what he was before.

Gosh you'd think if those teams GM's were as confident at what he brings to their team's table as you are, then they would be all over him. Oh wait...

The Denver Post does not expect the Broncos to pursue free agent RB Chris Johnson.
Yes, the Broncos' depth chart at running back (Montee Ball, C.J. Anderson, Ronnie Hillman) lacks experience. But the team believes Ball is ready to be the man and Johnson won't accept a "prove it" contract if he isn't going to get to prove it. Johnson would have more opportunities with the Jets as the lightning to Chris Ivory's thunder.
