OTs get drafted because the qb NEEDS protection. Just like pass rushers get drafted early. Doesn't mean he "deserves" to be. I'd take a chance in the second or late late first.... But early... I just get too bothered with his mentality and play style.

I won't lie Tre Mason really reminds me of Ray Rice but I just don't feel good taking him in the second. We have other needs and no 3rd round pick to address them with.

I have a feeling it will be Watkins, which no one (other than me) has mentioned as a possibility.

Just because Houston spent a 1st on his teammate last year doesn't mean they don't need more help at WR. Other than QB I would say it's still one of their biggest needs. And if they aren't in love with a QB, they may take Watkins.

Trading back is also a real possibility.

RB is a pretty massive need if CJ is cut.

I'd say OLB/DE, OT & RB are our biggest needs if FA plays out like we think (cut CJ & Stewart, re-sign Pollard & Pitoitua)... Even if Verner leaves, Coty & Blidi at their positions >> anyone not named CJ & Stewart at RB/OT (excluding Roos).

I highly doubt they take Watkins. AJ had a huge year and the potential havoc they could create by taking Clowney could keep them relevant in the AFC South for a decade.

You can only let needs dictate your picks so much. Picking some 3rd round graded tackle over a second round graded RB is a mistake. Hypothetical but you get where I'm going.

Definitely understand your point. This year all I want out of the draft is a guy that runs with serious power and has good vision. Basically I want a compliment to CJ. Andre Williams fits that bill for me and we won't have to take him in the 2nd round.

Greene is back for 2014, CJ may not be, you have it backwards. but yea Ill take Williams and any other good RB, we need some talent there. ;)

Well you're right that it's looking like CJ most likely won't be around but in the event we make the right decision as see what he can do in 2014, Williams would be great. You also know how much I like Dri Archer, I want him no matter who stays.

Hey I agree..but you and I both know, that teams will be all googly eyed over his size and strength/run blocking ability/atheticism, especially after the combine...It happens all of the time. Personally, I don't like him that early, and I don't like his pass protection. I hope we don't take an OT in the first period...Especially Lewan
