Yea, he did answer those types of questions. Did you ever watch any of his interviews?

He was always asked about situational stuff, I think that comes from him looking clueless on sundays, but he always had great things to tell people, he just rarely delivered on game days.

    I agree, he did suck.

He was set in his ways (like most coaches are) and it cost him.

But he did know the game. You can clown him all you want (I know I have) but he's a smart guy.

I really dont know why he got away from what he said he wanted to do.

cuz what he said he wanted to do was someone else that he learned from saying what should be done

you can have the instructions, read them, and tell me how to build something...doesn't mean you can actually get the job done

So Morgan was a 1st rd pick who only turned out above average. I don't understand why this means we should get rid of him. "You can find that talent from an UDFA." Why would we do that if we have his talent on the team right now? Some of you guys let your hate get in the way of logic.

    No, no no

I swear, sometimes I think you say things without thinking about them and then refuse to admit you are wrong.

Morgan is average. The guy has only ONCE recorded double digit sacks in his CAREER. I don't care how many QB 'pressures' he has, the elite QBs make throws through pressure. That is a fact, not an opinion, unless we face Andy Dalton 16 games every year, I don't give a **** about pressure. What makes you think Morgan can play 3-4 linebacker? Have you seen him play it somewhere I haven't? One of his biggest knocks against him is his athleticism, something that caused his stock to drop when he left GT. Scouts have mentioned this, I am not saying he can't, but we sure as hell shouldn't bank on it. Its hilarious seeing RT list ****ing Hall of Famers as examples of why players in the 4-3 and 3-4 are interchangeable, this blows my mind.

No gives a damn if Gray has a 'good football mind'. Thats a gigantic load of 'feel good' **** and you know it. He can say everything and not do it? Yea, that sounds like a great kind of guy to have around you.

I do not see him as good as olb in a 3-4. The idea that any 4-3 de can play olb in a 3-4 is silly. Morgan's best bet is to bulk up and play rde. He could easily get up to 290 which is fine for a ballet3-4 rde.

He is 278 now, getting up to 280ish isn't unheard of for 3-4 ends. It would keep him in his natural position and basically play the same role as he is now.
