Chance was a GREAT pick.

Still can't deny Lotulelei would've been a better pick.

 

You cannot say with certainty that is true. It's way too early to call. Warmack could easily be a top10 guard for the next decade. Someone is talking about Cooper as the better pick and he was on f'n IR this season.

 

I definitely think we could have had a few better picks than him, but I'd be lying if I said he was a bad pick. The dude did great for his 1st year, played all 16 with little help next to him, and he is a class act and a hard worker...It also filled a major need. He will get better in time, and be just fine, especially with improved coaching and OL.

 

We took a guard in the top ten. It was a stupid pick.

 

Stupid?...probably so my man....But bad?...Nah...We could have done far worse...Lets just hope he pans out and we get plenty of time out of him. Unless we are landing One of the top 2 OT's at #11, we better not reach on a Lewan this year. Now THAT would piss me off lol

I'm definitely still rooting for Chance but I can't even lie and say that our D could have been great with Casey and Star in the middle. I guarantee our pass rush would have been much better than our OL play was.

But again all the what if talk is moot at this point. I liked Cooper more than Warmack going into the draft but Chance is a Titan and that's all that matters.

 

... who cares if you play every snap if you're sucking during 80% of them.

i don't think he is a bust per say but i do think it was a bad pick
