Maybe he can make a decent player out of Morgan.

Morgan is already a god player he just isn't a double digit sack guy and may never be that.

You have to love that Wisconsin connection for your o-line coach. Only Bama pounds the rock the way Wisconsin has and wisconsin has less talent.

While Bostad was there they got great results with backs like Zach Brown and PJ Hill as well as Monte Ball.

Doug Martin sure was productive when healthy at Tampa Bay.

This has been my favorite signing yet. I'm very excited to see how he does for us. Literally it's been "OL from Wisconsin? Draft em" that easy.

Not as excited about Giff Smith. The Bills built their defense around that front 4 as a 4-3 team and while he got some good sack results the defense seemed to under achieve. Can't give him credit for Kyle Williams.

I thought rocker did a fine job for us and we should have kept him.

Don't know really anything about either of the two. However, I do love the new blood we continue to add onto this team.

I like the Bob Bostad hire. The Bucs O-Line really stuck it to teams when all healthy.

There is a major misconception when it comes to hall of fame coaches. People continue to think because they are hall of famers, they would make great coaches. I actually think its the exact opposite. Hardly ever will you see a player in any sport work and train enough to turn himself into a HOF player when they started with no athletic ability. Everyone of these guys have god given talent, almost like a 6th sense, about their sport that they cant teach. Their instincts and ability is so good that they didn't get taught it, they just have it. Did Barry Sanders get taught to run that well? Not to say they cant be good coaches, I just don't think that because they are HOF players makes them good coaches. Most of their talents didn't come from teaching, how can they teach something they didn't get taught?

Thats true, but O-Line is less about individual skills than every other position. You need to be in sync and work in tandem with the others, that does requiring learning.

But youre right for the most part.
