Titans hire Louie Cioffi as DB coach

The biggest difference between Munch hiring his friends and Whiz doing the same, is that Whiz has worked for three different organizations that all have playoff experience. He has a much wider net to cast. Poor Munch only had Oiler connections, and couldn't draw the talent.

I believe Whiz's connections may have landed him the job. He offered to bring in the best staff.
