IMO, Sherman's thug antics after the game were immature and a terrible example of sportsmanship to children watching the game. Personally i will never respect Sherman again unless he apologizes and stops that crap. Im sick of the whole thug mentality in sports and in our culture in general.

BTW even if Sherman was a Titan I wouldn't stand for that crap.

And we finally got the "WONT SOMEONE THINK OF THE CHILDREN" post.

The guy didn't use any profanity. He said someone throwing the ball to a "sorry" receiver he was covering was insane. He yelled it, directly in to the camera. Thug antics, indeed.

Give me this guy on my team any day. He stays out of trouble, stays healthy and plays at an All-Pro level.

People love Pollard's swag but hate Sherman. Lawlz.

Im not sure how I feel about Sherman TBH. Yes he's a great DB, but why does he need to be adored by all the world? Why can't he be ok with 1 or 2 NFL players not recognizing him as God? He's a bit of socio and definitely a diva.

He claims to be the leagues best CB right.... Ok cool, lots of guys are that way, but he's the only one going on national TV acting like somethings owed to him.

I actually think he's costing himself some money, he's entering a contract year, and if he has any plans to make the most of that opportunity he'll quiet down, otherwise I could see GM's all around being turned off.

But like you said, he doesn't get in trouble, so maybe Im wrong and he will still get over paid next year.

As a defensive player you have to market yourself. Otherwise you're just a sidenote. "Russell Wilson is such a good QB..and Seattle's defense is pretty good too" is all that would be said about him otherwise.

How often do people talk about Jared Allen? Robert Mathis? Patrick Willis? Individually, almost never.

The guy knows what it takes to be a household name. Play your ass off and back the talk up. Dante Hall had it half right, except he couldn't play, but somehow talked half of the NFL in to thinking he could.

I just want to go on record saying that I like Sherman as a player and human being, because he is good at both. I didn't like his actions yesterday, I thought they were obnoxious and took away from what his team accomplished.

Anyone calling him a 'thug' should take a good long look at themselves. That isn't even borderline racism in my eyes, full blown.
