Rumor Jim Schwartz is Going to be Fired

Tons of talent on this team. We just need a quality coach to coach this talent.

Never disliked you as a poster, but I will dislike anyone on here that supports Munjch, Muclijh, or whatever his name is.

 

Hope you are right, it would be a lot easier to find a coach than to

fix the oline
get a new RT
get a new QB or one thats effective and healthy
Fix our pass rush (get a good DE)
get a new MLB

Oh yes, for the most part. But there was a week there, after the first Jags game I believe that he wandered to the dark side for a bit.

He's legit.. He explained himself.. I have always liked him as a poster...

Of course, very good poster, he knows his stuff. We just look at this thing differently, it would be boring otherwise.

 

He was hired because he's smart, reputable, and is a numbers guy.

Not because he was some great DC.... he wasn't. And I assume you haven't followed this team long if you think Schwartz was a good DC.

The site FireSchwartz.com exposed everything he did... for years. Conservative, vanilla defense that would always bite us, never adjust, etc.

 

Have followed this team longer than you, bud..

We had a dominant defense for years and that's why Schwartz got hired as the Lions HC.

Did you notice the decline in our defense when he left?

I'm guessing he didn't satisfy YOUR LIONS on offense, huh?

I won't even argue with you back and forth. All I know is that I would welcome Schwartz back as a DC with open arms.

 

Not true at all. Our defense was best when we had a certain #92. Had nothing to do with Schwartz, his defenses were pathetic.

 

Anyone who thinks that Schwartz is a good or even decent DC does not remember how much he sucked when he was here.
