Since we are not playing today I started a thread for all the games being played today. I am not sure which game I am going to watch or just watch the red zone. I usually like to stick to one game at a time. I think I may watch the jets bills game and hope for an upset there. Hope to see some good football and crazy finishes!

If we beat the Colts on Thursday, it would be so fun watching the Ravens/Bears Jets/Bills and Chargers/Dolphins game today.

Just think we are one injury away from a playoff berth. Geno Smith would be it.

So how much QB attention did you do yesterday? Any guy starting to stand out as a possible future Titan?

Nope not at all. I'm starting to think, since we won't have a shot at Bridgewater (who I like, but don't think he's that special to tank over), we are not going to find someone that will probably step right in and start. There will be value at QB in the 4th round, and that's the route I think we should go. I just don't think the value is there for us to grab a QB with our 1st or 2nd pick.

What we have to know is that 3/4 of the teams already have their QB set in stone for years to come, therefore we will have a nice shot at getting a good QB in the 4th. QB's will drop like flies in this draft. There are some QB's we may think will go in the 1st/2nd round, but will ultimately drop into the 4th and that's the QB we need to select.

This QB class just doesn't excite me at all.

    Interesting outlook.

I'm actually a fan of this class. For a few reasons.

    1. Depth. This is the type of draft that a Tom Brady's comes from
    2. Different style QBs. Boyd, mettenberger, bridgewater. All vastly different
    3. Ability for a guy with upside to slip into the second.

We will be drafting top 10 again. While we need a future LT.. I'd rather us be flashy and go elite WR. If Sammy Watkins drops to us, I say pull the trigger and take a QB in the second.

My reasoning is that 3/5ths of the line is set for the future. We have time to grab tackles and try the developmental style.

I am not enthralled by the DEs this year. QB issue creates a problem going forward.

Passing league... If we can get a guy that can run the spread we could be a very impressive team for 2-3 years with Watkins, Wright, Hunter and CJ. This is a very risky style because the window will only be open for a couple of years. The team is on the verge of losing a lot of talent in the coming 2 seasons. Go for broke NOW.

Similar Defense, wide open offense. What team can cover that spread?

Trust me, I would love to draft a QB in the 1st/2nd round. Not saying this will happen, but what if it does. Let's say Locker comes back from this injury and lights it up (doubt it happens) but I would hate to have a 1st/2nd QB pick just rusting away on the bench. I think that being Locker is still under contract and a #8 pick, I just have a feeling that they will give him one more shot and that's why I don't think we grab an early round QB to be honest.
