I like those things too, but to a degree.

If a guy over celebrates and it holds the game up, I dislike, but if it's all in good fun and takes a few seconds, Im all for it.

These are grown men, they should be able to express themselves, no one will cry if they're taunted, not in 5th grade anymore Goodell.

Yeah, kinda like double stuff Oreos - double stuff is too much and regular stuff is too little. They need stuff and a half

I've always felt that the clamping down on excessive celebrations was anal and depressing.
Some players celebrations have been great and added to my enjoyment of a game.

I don't mind penalising taunting but a touchdown should be celebrated a little.

NFL players should be taunted. No so with Happy Fun Ball.

I am going to go against the grain here and disagree with most of you.

I hate taunting, and not because I don't think it is fair or 'rude'. Its annoying as hell and honestly, I agree with the sentiment of 'act like you have been there'.

I am not against celebrations, or even group celebrations, but all through life we are taught sportsmanship. Its just annoying and petty, act like an adult and not a child.

Besides, if Tate took more time to take a page or two from better receivers, maybe he would be a household name for his spectacular plays and not his douche bag antics.

edit- or maybe just eject the player.

I agree with you for the most part and I think the players that taunt are selfish in some respects for taunting other players, getting the penalty and costing the team 15 yards for their selfish act. I just feel like there has to be a better way than directly affecting the score of the game.

I would be in favor of letting the score count but the player who taunted has to sit out the next drive altogether.
