    this guy's picture comes up for both Tommy Smith and Kenneth S. Adams IV. I'm pretty sure it's the latter. The Son-In-Law should be a grandpa by now.

    Never know the reason he turned it down tho. Maybe he decided he wanted to work under someone before taking over to get experience. See the show being run before going head first.
