So... I think I've got the whole ending figured out. I was half right. I always knew Walt would be using the gun that we saw in the S5 premiere last year to mow down a bunch of bad dudes.

Once Todd and his family came back into the picture this year, I figured the gun would be used to get rid of them. After having seen the latest episode, I would say that this is correct, but that Walt does it all to save Jesse somehow.

Maybe Jesse ends up being forced to help cook with Todd's family, and Walt eventually comes back for him... probably dies in the process of saving Jesse.

But what about the ricin?!?!?!?! Ahhhhh the finale is going to be a masterpiece!

Did everyone hear how they're doing a prequel to Breaking Bad with Saul as the lead character? It's titled "Better Call Saul" as of right now, but I think that's a bit lame.

I think Saul is best in small doses, so I'm not sure how well this will work out. I would rather them leave the series be and let BB stand alone in TV history... I'd hate for a failure to be linked to it.

I don't think Vince Gilligan is the primary writer of the show, but he is supposed to be involved in some way, so I do have faith to an extent.

Bob Odenkirk is a genius and I don't see that guy doing anything that will be a failure. If it is a show surrounding him I also see it being more of a comedy.

Yeah, I don't see him dying right away, being taken as a prisoner seems likely, but that phone call looked like a goodbye call.

Idk about you guys, but I thought that was a weak ass episode... Horrible flow and the acting seemed off for the first time in the entire show. Everything seemed forced. The intro was bad and forced.

Worst episode since "Fly"... And coincidentally, tonight's episode was directed by the same guy - Rian Johnson.

I would think Rian Johnson would be better than most since he did Brick and Looper (which are both pretty overrated anyways IMO), but apparently not.

Man, that kinda killed the vibe for me.

RIP Hank and Gomey. Walt is a little sh*t. Jesse, you're my boy! Find a way to kill Todd and get out!

Walt is definitely gonna be coming back to kill Todd's family after they stole all his money. But I it looks like Jesse and Walt's relationship is completely over at this point.

As long as Rian Johnson isn't directing the final two episodes, we should be in for some crazy sh*t. [SPOILER/]

ummmm holy crap. i did not see things going like that.

Gomez died as expected but im shocked they ended Hank too. My theory on the end. Obviously we know he eventually has the trunk full of guns and the house gets burned up. I feel like he is going to go obliterate the crew since they killed hank against his wish. Im not sure whats going to happen to jesse or skyler and the kids but i can somehow see the final scene as walt doing something and then committing suicide with the ricin from the wall.

This is what I've been saying since Todd and his family came back into play this season. It's the only thing that makes sense. And now it's pretty much guaranteed to happen.

But the ricin... that's the real question. [SPOILER/]

Something i just kinda thought about. Since it seems there is going to be a significant amount of time that goes by from right now when walt "gets the new identity" to the point at which things end with the guns etc, he seemingly beat his cancer again as he's still around (with a full head of hair) do you think there is any chance after killing the crew (and saving Jesse) he proceeds to take over the lab and starts cooking again as kind of an unexpected ending?

Nah... I don't see that happening. That ending would be lame as all hell. Walt's gonna die... he needs to die. I hope he tries to redeem his relationship with Jesse by sacrificing himself to save him from Todd and his family. Jesse needs to live... he has a life ahead of him. Walt has destroyed everything he tried to preserve. He has nothing to live for.

Great episode but I can't help but feel the writers dropped the ball with Walt and Jesse turning on each other. One of the best duos and relationships between characters in TV history and they threw it away over essentially nothing.

The obvious ending to me is Walt recovers and regroups, comes back guns blazing for some reason, my guess would be Todd's family killing Skylar/Walt Jr/holly. After he tony montana's Todds family Walt and Jesse inevitably cross paths culminating 5 seasons of an epic love hate relationship, Jesse ends up killing Walt in some poetic fashion and makes out with ~$80 million in cash. With the money, Jesse makes all the people who's lives they've negatively influenced along the way whole (which to me goes along with the theme of the show of how they constantly showed the ripple effect of Jesse and Walt's actions) like Mike's granddaughter, Brock and his mom, Jane's father, Jesse's parents and brother, Combo's family, Marie, maybe even some of the family's victims of the flight that crashed, etc..And the final scene is something crazy unexpected like Jesse teaching chemistry or Walt Jr orchestrating his own cook.
