am I wrong to rank chris johnson as a top 10 (if not higher) back for this year?

the last time his o-line was this good, he ran for 2000 yards

not only do I think he will have a big year, but hes also a durable player

I knock guys like richardson, forte, and foster below him because they have a higher chance of missing time
richardson has been injury prone since college, its only a matter of time until we talk about him like we do of ryan mathews
forte has been getting banged up the past few years
and foster is constantly listed with some type of ailment

would I be foolish to draft him over these guys (as well as steve jackson, MJD, morris) in a PPR league?

I think he's a top 10 back. I took him as my #1 RB in my draft last night (although it was 3rd round).

And I'd rank him ahead of S Jax and Jones-Drew, PPR or not. Morris is close. I think he and CJ are right there with each other. Morris is probably the safer pick, but CJ has tons more upside.

Taken from SBnation , ranking him at 10

    10. Chris Johnson - Tennessee Titans

CJ2k wants another 2000 yard season but isn't likely to get it. Still, a revamped offensive line and better quarterback play is going to improve his stock. Look for CJ to get involved in the passing game as well so CJ1.5k isn't out of the question.

The good: ESPN's Matthew Berry thinks CJ will be a top 5 back this year.

The discerning: This is his bold prediction for the Titans, he did one for all the teams. Which makes you wonder if he thinks that or if its the only thing you can say about the Titans, because who else would you even talk about when it comes to fantasy football.

Youre not alone, I actually ranked him 3rd behind Adrian Peterson and Marshawn Lynch.

Good thing I landed Lynch and CJ2k in my draft. Now you better be right!

Yeah, I seem to be landing CJ in the second round of every mock I do. The real drafts begin this weekend. Wonder if I'll be so lucky. I doubt I'll get Johnson in round two of the Titan Cup auto draft thingy.

I just did a 10-team draft with friends who are 70% Titans fans and I was surprised to land CJ in the 3rd. I think Shonn Greene's potential TD-vulturing is dropping CJ's stock a bit. And rightfully so. But I'm banking on CJ hitting quite a few home runs this season.
