I dont hate him at all, but he has got to play better than last year doe me to like him. He also really needs to stop telegraphing his throws. JJ watts will have a record setting day against him.

I don't know what you guys have been reading or watching. Everything I've read thus far in camp have said Locker is having a really good camp. I haven't heard anything about an excessive amount of batted balls or interceptions.

I read about some inaccurate throws the first day or two, but since the pads came on its been nothing but positive.

That's what I've read as well. Need to see how these preseason games pan out first though.

Everything i've read is that Locker has had a great camp as well. Lets be honest though, Locker will never be the 4500+ yard elite QB. We all know that. But, he can still be a franchise QB.. do I think he will be? No. But hopefully he will proove me wrong.

Jake has always struggled with his accuracy and he always will. I high 50% comp% is what we'll see from him. I've said it multiple times, his ceiling is Donovan McNabb. I think Locker can be a 3500-3700 yards passing, 58-62 comp%, 25ish TD/15ish INT w/ another 400 rushing yards type of QB.

Oh absolutely. I'm not at all sold on Locker, but I don't think 11 starts is enough to give up on him either.

It amazes me that you guys think a player can't improve.

Look at mcnair. I'd say that locker is better than Steve was at this point in his career. And Steve developed into an mvp who passed well.

Manning... his first year sucked. Then, he became one of the best ever.

Brees, mediocre at best in San Diego, then blossomed.

Favre, nothing at all at first, was let go by the team that drafted him, then blossomed.

It happens all the time. In fact, it is far more common a career arc than come out guns blazing.

I mean, the man has started less than one full season. He can, and should, get better. I believe he will. And better protection and a scheme that fits his talents will help.

The rest of us are "Locker Stockers"!

We just need Jake to be a field general for the next season or two.. limit mistakes, let the rest of the team do the dirty work. Our run game and D should be good enough for that. Locker will have plenty of time to turn into the next McNair, just keep things simple for now.
