Just felt like starting a thread on this subject because I just drafted a bad ace dynasty team and needed somebody to brag about it to. It's a 10 man, 2 qb, 2 rb, 3 wr, 1 flex, 2 TE, K, DEF money league.

    I got:
QB: RG3, Andrew Luck, Geno Smith
RB: Trent Richardson, Lesean McCoy, David Wilson, Giovanni Bernard, Marcus Lattimore, Ahmad Bradshaw, Daryl Richardson
WR: Demarius Thomas, Mike Wallace, Antonio Brown, Tavon Austin, Josh Gordon, Michael Crabtree, Cordelle Patterson
TE: Dennis Pitta, Tyler Eifert, Heath Miller
    K: Justin Tucker
    DEF: Patriots

Update: Just traded T-Rich, Mike Wallace, Marcus Lattimore and Cordelle Patterson for Gronk, Doug Martin, K Britt and Big Ben. Dropped Geno Smith for Marcus Wheaton.

Lattimore isn't likely to see the field this year, so good job on the trade. Crabtree is also likely to miss most of the year, if not all of it.

Martin/McCoy are solid and you have enough depth to cover the byes.

DT is your only real star at WR. Brown has had injury issues and to be honest, I don't buy into the hype Patterson and Austin are getting, at least in fantasy. You can never tell with Britt, but I wouldn't put much faith in him.

Gronk is a great pickup, good job there and Pitta is likely to put up some big points this year due to Boldin moving on. I'd look to trade him after a big game right away assuming Gronk comes in fine.

Your QBs will be okay, I think Luck is going to get pampered as the next big thing, so you are likely to get plenty of return.

Before your trade, this looked awful, like C- bad. After, I'd give it a B. You are probably going to find yourself frustrated with your situation at receiver if Britt doesn't go off.

I tend to disagree that it was that bad. I think the most obvious thing is where certain people got drafted first. After that, it looks like a very talented FFteam. You have to quell rookie performance hopes of course but I've used similar teams and won a lot of games before so I hardly see a problem.

Qbs, top rookies last year. If you got either one in the third or later, congrats.

Rbs, Doug Martin is the man. He slept on my bench for a long time last year and then BOOM..... McCoy is a good dual threat rb and in their new faster tempo offense, he will get extra looks. David Wilson is the most talented giants rb with the highest upside, if he can' hold on to the ball. And then the last rb I like on your list is Daryl Richardson. Be on the lookout for unknown rbs in preseason. That's the gold mine if you can spot them early.

WR. DT with manning is solid. Brown tends to put up okay numbers and Gordon is a beast at making one or two plays a game that makes big differences. Late in the season he was one of my most productive wrs because he would get that 60 yard bomb td to go along with a couple more touches. Austin could be good or bad, it's fisher and Bradford... Eh CP... Hopefully this was another late round pick and if so, perfect. I also like the Wheaton pickup. Replaced Wallace instantly.

TE, gronk this year is hit or miss. 5 surgeries... Idk. He's normally the cats meow but I think you were right going for pitta in that ravens offense. Miller is another less than shiny te but has been leading boards in points. He might not be ready for the start of the season tho.

Defense... Patriots... I tried this last year... Be on the look out in preseason if you need to get another for the sack of safety.

I did a 12 team mock draft last night.

Somehow this is how my team turned out:

    QB: Matt Ryan, Matt Shaub
RB: Arian Foster, Chris Johnson, BenJarvus Green-Ellis, DeAngelo Williams, Isiah Pead
WR: Roddy White, Wes Welker, Pierre Garçon, Anquan Boldin, Kenny Britt
    TE: Greg Olsen
    DEF: Green Bay
    K: Garrett Hartley

If I ended up with that team in my real draft, I'd be feeling pretty real good.

I still have no idea why Welker always seems to fall so far. He is consistent with his points and in my eyes, makes him worth a round 2. Good pick in the 5th for sure.

It's because he's white. Everyone is racist.

But he definitely won't be as valuable this year as in the past. I'd stay away from the Broncos WRs early in the draft this year.
