Who wouldn't "want" $12M/yr? I mean he can want a jet of his own, doesn't mean he gonna get it.

He ain't gettin' 12 Million, so he'll have to lower his standards or watch the 2013 NFL season from the couch.

Anyone else think that Klug could make a decent DE? He excels in 1v1 matchups, and has decent speed for a DE. Either way, I like that we have a ton of guys who can play a lot of positions all over the D-line.. gotta keep fresh bodies in there.

Morgan is a bust for the number one pick we gave for him and Wimberwho? Both of these guys suck.

Morgan has been disappointing, but he came on strong in the 2nd half of the last two seasons, so hopefully he'll really start to hit his stride this year. Wimbley wasn't all that we expected, but not bad either. The two of them playing at their A game could make for an above average pass rush.

Their A game is not much better than most 2nd stringers A game. Morgan is as much of a scrub as Sponge Bob.

Abraham is full of himself. The guy is not worth anything near what he wants. He's 35 years old. Unless your a quarterback your not gonna be getting that kind of dough any more. I've posted this before in another thread but it seems to me that this guy does not want to work anymore. He doesn't want to earn his spot on the roster or a starting spot. He acts like it should all just be given to him because of the things he has accomplished in his past. While I think he would be an upgrade to either guy we have at Defensive End, I really don't think he would be the answer.

How many times am I going to have to stick up for Morgan. He was great last year. Yes I said GREAT. Not a bust at all. Played up to the standards of a first round pick. He was constantly around the QB, but because we played so far off the receivers whenever he got close the QB had a quick outlet. Then to add to the fact that he pass rushed like a 1st rounder, he is probably our best run stopper. Casey is right up there, but Morgan is always around the runner. Please go back and watch the games. Just because he didn't have double digit sacks does not mean he isn't playing up to the potential of a 1st rounder. I would take Morgan over a lot of DE's right now.

Yeah Morgan is a scrub, tired of people defending him. Put up or shut up time - he better go off this year or hit the bricks!

This is going to be our glaring weakness and I feel it's big enough to kill this team.

We got zero pressure on QBs last season- it killed us. Now we're set to do that again.

I don't care how great your LBs or DBs are- if there's no pressure up front, it won't matter.

Agreed.Thats why i said in my first post that i think they should Idonije a call instead. He had 7.5 sacks last year and is younger and probably a lot more affordable. He is also good at blocking kicks also.I really do hope Webster thinks long and hard if he plans on signing Abraham.Makes me wonder what team Abraham told he would be willing to play sixty percent of the snaps. So if we are going to be cutting Amano then freeing up more money i do hope Webster looks at all the options out there including Idonije,Seymour, whoever else is available. After some of the things Abraham has said i'm just wondering if he will be dedicated enough.
